Act Today and be Transformed
My connection to therapy began long before my actual training as I have always been deeply involved with listening to the stories of others with compassion and curiosity. I am here to exact change for the betterment of all clients who are seeking individual, couples or family therapy. I provide in-person or video therapy using a narrative, emotionally focused lens combined with Internal Family Systems to cultivate growth within the therapy room.
I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families with a warm, authentic, and collaborative approach, aiming to create a safe and expansive space while honoring you as the expert of your own life. As a systemic therapist, I am curious about how we influence and are shaped by the many systems of which we are a part (relationships, family, faith/spiritual groups, gender, sexuality, culture, race/ethnicity, language). I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming and am open to working with clients of all ages, relationships of all configurations, and families of all varieties.
I have a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling. I have a certification in sex therapy, am finishing my certificate in play therapy, and I have extensive training in Hypnotherapy. I have been practicing therapeutic methods since 2018. I am currently an Addiction Counselor Candidate.
